VPIS V 1. RAZRED

Vpis otrok v javno osnovno šolo ureja Zakon o osnovni šoli (Uradni list RS, št. 81/06 – uradno prečiščeno besedilo, 102/07, 107/10, 87/11, 40/12 – ZUJF, 63/13 in 46/16 – ZOFVI-K, 76/23, 16/24), ki navaja da:

Osnovna šola vpisuje otroke v 1. razred v mesecu februarju za naslednje šolsko leto. Najmanj tri mesece pred začetkom pouka šola staršem otrok, vpisanih v prvi razred, izda Potrdilo o šolanju oziroma Obvestilo o odložitvi začetka šolanja (Vpis, 44. člen).
